5 Best cleaners I have ever used. I was recommended Dust and Vac from a friend and found them to be absolutley wonderful. The girls are polite, friendly and work very quickly. This is an A* service I would not hesitate to recommend this company a rare find for good old fashioned service.

5 Fantastic Service. Lisa and her team have been cleaning my house for over a month now and I am very pleased with their service. They are very professional and reliable. The price is very reasonable too which is definitely a plus!

4 Very disappointed. We have dined at London Road three times and each time have been very disappointed. On the last occasion, three weeks ago, we were squeezed into a table by the window. Every time a waiter tried to get past, we had to shift our chairs. The waitress who served us was very polite, but we hardly saw her after she had served our meals. We were left to pour our own wine. I ordered the duck served pink; I got it pink but it was so tough that I was forced to leave a substantial portion. At one point the people at the neighbouring table had to ask us to move round as they were constantly bumping into our chairs. All in all a very disappointing experience. We will not be back.

4 Excellent food, excellent atmosphere and superb service. We have eaten in London Road twice and both occasions have been very enjoyable. The first was mid week for our wedding anniversary. It was during January when they had the half price offer available. This was not only excellent value (we had the Alan Jackson beef to share), but the service matched the quality of the food which was cooked to perfection. We have experienced great food around the world and have eaten at some fabulous restaurants over the years, but this is definitely one to put in our top 10. The second time we visited was the Friday of Valentines weekend and as we booked this very "last minute" they were able to accommodate us for a 8.45pm table. Again, the food and service was outstanding. We will definitely return for another special occassion in the future. Well done London Road!

4 Love the Bubble Room!. We have been to the Bubble Room on four occasions since moving to Alderley Edge in January. Specifically, we love the atmosphere every time we go (we have been mid week, Friday evenings and Saturday lunch time) and the choice of drink available on the menu is great. We had a small problem with one of our meals recently. After informing the waiter this was taken care of straight away and wouldn't deter us from returning in the future. We will be bringing all our friends and relatives to The Bubble Room when they come and stay with us!

4 Good quality fish and chips. We moved to the area recently and have tried Fosters on two occasions. Both were very positive and although we can't comment on eating in, (as we had take out), the food has been very good indeed. We moved from the North East and lived near the east coast, so we have been spoilt with fish and chips from the likes of Whitby, South Shields and Filey in the past, however, Fosters definitely compares favourably with these other fish and chip eateries/locations. We will most definitely be back and will try eating in next time. Well done Fosters! Great fish and chips. No soggy batter on the fish!!

5 Excellent reception. I recently moved to Alderley Edge from the North East and was looking for somewhere to go to get my beauty treatment fix! There seemed to be a few places to chose from, and, I wasn't sure which place to chose - where does one start when you are new to the area and don't know anyone to ask? I opted for the Nailrooms and I was not disappointed. I was greeted with a smile, a professional but friendly service and when I asked about the treatments available, I was given a number of options. I have been back twice since, and will continue to use the Nailrooms for all my treatments. Well done ladies! I love coming for the chat and local knowledge as well as the treatments! Just need to find a good hairdresser now!! Any suggestions are welcome!

4 Stay for Lunch. I visited Stay with a friend for a light lunch. We both chose Chicken kebabs marinated with chilli, ginger and lemon, with chunky chips and salad. Delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff too are delightful and friendly. I would have awarded them the extra star but the 'background' music was not in the background, and as we may chose the food and not the music I wonder if it played for the benefit of the the staff, or just present day's society, "They shall have music wherever they go."

5 But did you have the fish & chips?. My wife and I stopped at Loch Fyne on Sunday 14th February on the spur of the moment. We were surprised to find a staff member open the door for us when we arrived and we were pleasantly rewarded with a tidy and well-lit restaurant. We chose the goat's cheese with mushroom and cabbage tart for starters, which was served with a sweet balsamic. This was very nice. We were both in the mood for fish & chips so opted for the haddock. This arrived on a huge plate with a piece of greaseproof paper beneath the food. Whilst some may see an air of authenticity, others may see a takeaway served on a plate. The fish had a firm texture but the batter was not very crispy. The chips were thick-cut potato wedges with skins, which is a healthier option but less satisfying. The mushy peas were a little lacking in flavour, as was the tartar sauce. We were tempted to award only 3 stars but the menu is diverse, with the smoked haddock risotto tickling my tastebuds for next time. Loch Fyne offers lobster and oyster dishes for seafood connoisseurs, the restaurant is spotless and the staff were very friendly so we are likely to give it a second chance.
